CBT is a practical, goal-oriented approach that helps individuals understand and change their thought patterns and behaviors. I have used CBT in my practice as it has proved to be effective for a wide range of mental health issues and is valued for its evidence-based approach and structured nature. It technique has helped process traumatic experiences and reduced symptoms of PTSD. CBT has helped my patient manage stress and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
