Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor in New Jersey. I received my Masters from Temple University & have been working in the field for over fifteen years. I work with adults with disordered eating, trauma, and/or substance use disorders to find recover that works for you. I am certified in intuitive eating.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we'll mostly talk about what brought you into therapy and what you're hoping to get out of it. I also like to understand past therapy experiences and what you've found helpful and unhelpful in previous therapy experiences. We don't need to do a deep dive on past trauma in session one if you don't want to -- I know it can be overwhelming to share nothing but the hardest times in your life in session number one.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My clients feel safe and comfortable with me. I create an environment where people feel comfortable share feedback and their challenges with me.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with adults, and work well with clients who are LGBTQIA+. I primarily work with people who have a history of trauma, disordered eating, substance use, suicidal thoughts, and mood disorders.
