New to Grow
Hello! My name is Jackie, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and work toward feeling more grounded, confident, and aligned with what you want for your life. My work is trauma-informed and rooted in compassion. I support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and major life changes, and I’m especially mindful of how stress, caregiving roles, and chronic overwhelm can impact mental health. Whether you’re feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or simply in need of extra support, you deserve a space that feels safe, validating, and judgment-free.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to you right now.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding to therapy. My background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and past experiences allows me to support clients with empathy, insight, and practical strategies. I focus on building strong, trusting relationships in therapy in a way that feels meaningful and achievable.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to support individuals who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stretched thin by the demands of daily life. Individuals juggling multiple roles who are experiencing anxiety, navigating life transitions, or working through the impact of past experiences. They are looking for a supportive space to slow down, gain clarity, and feel more grounded and confident moving forward.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing is a gentle, collaborative approach that helps you explore what you want to change, without pressure or judgment. Focusing on listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and helping you better understand your own motivations, values, and goals.
Relational
Relational therapy focuses on the connection we build in sessions. I work to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected, and where we can explore how your relationships, past and present, shape how you feel, cope, and show up in your life. Together, we’ll build insight, self-trust, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Trauma Informed Care
An approach to therapy with an understanding that past experiences can shape how you think, feel, and cope today. Focusing on creating a safe, respectful space where you have choice and control, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. The goal is to help you feel supported, grounded, and empowered as you work toward healing.
