Experienced in supporting individuals with a wide range of challenges while using a warm and understanding therapeutic approach. My primary therapeutic approach creates a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to share their experiences and receive therapeutic support and perspective. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress reduction, and cognitive processing therapy.

I have Specialized in ACT for over 6 years supporting clients to acknowledge their relationship with their thoughts and feelings. This approach encourages one learn to understand their feelings, reframe negative thought patterns and facilitate commitment to making changes in their life that match the clients values.
Interpersonal
I have specialized in IPT for over 9 years providing a form of talk therapy that focuses on improving client relationships with others to relieve mental health symptoms. As the Therapist I work with the client to explore how their relationships affect their mood and vice versa.
