I believe in your unique value and will collaborate with you to help you live the life you want to live. I approach therapy through an integrative, Person-Centered, and Intersectional lens. I will create a safe and compassionate environment where you can feel comfortable to be your authentic self. I have experience providing therapy to adolescents/teens, young adults, and adults coping with depression, anxiety, bipolar and mood disorders, self-harm, stress management, LGBTQIA+, self-worth/self-esteem, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. We will work together collaboratively to help you find a space to relax, unload, and process your "stuff". I will help you identify and clarify your values, notice and change unhelpful and helpful patterns, learn coping skills, and so much more!
Our relationship is super important for how well therapy works for you, so first we will build rapport. I then tailor my approach with your needs in mind. I use techniques rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy techniques, and narrative therapy.
My focus is helping young adults and college students/grads with anxiety and life stressors. I am passionate and knowledgable (personally and professionally) about providing care and support to LGBTQ+ individuals.
