About me

Do you need to start setting boundaries? Struggling with that pesky inner critic in your head? Wondering how you're going to finish your work when you just can't stop worrying? Hi! My name is Emily (she/her) and I am so glad you are here, taking the steps to better your mental health and well-being! Life is incredibly stressful, and sometimes we need some extra support to help us get through it. I would love to be a part of your journey towards self-empowerment, resilience, and growth. I believe in your unique value and will collaborate with you to help you live the life you want to live. I approach therapy through an integrative, Person-Centered, and Intersectional lens. I will create a safe and compassionate environment where you can feel comfortable to be your authentic self. I have experience providing therapy to young adults and adults coping with depression, anxiety, bipolar and mood disorders, self-harm, stress management, LGBTQIA+, self-worth/self-esteem, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
