My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My primary treatment method focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT recognizes how one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. It assists with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life stressors.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

SFBT is a goal-oriented approach to therapy. We will explore your present and future circumstances along with your goals. I will support you in developing solutions that are more effective. SFBT can help with low self-esteem, anxiety, and transitions in life.

Psychoanalytic

We will focus on talk therapy, which helps people understand how their unconscious thoughts and feelings influence their behavior and relationships.
