In pour first session I'll want to learn a little bit about why you are coming to therapy and what you are hoping to get out of it. Depending on where you are at in the first session, I may try to get a snap shot of your background and experiences.

I have extensive experience treating people with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have extensive experience in grief. I work with both individuals and couples. I work well with results-oriented clients who want a proven therapeutic framework with which to address their problems. I specialize in Internal Family Systems work, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and practical coping skills. I am licensed in both New York and California.

I am an IFS informed therapist. I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 IFS Circle training. I have been using IFS in my practice for about five years.
