About me

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Delaware. I received my Master's from Walden University and my PhD from Capella University and have been practicing for 11 years. My expertise shines when working with teens, young adults and adults grappling with depression, anger, trauma, and the challenges of life. Whatever motivates you to seek counseling, rest assured, I'm here to provide support and empower you to discover the best versions of yourself.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will engage in conversation through introductions, discover what will be addressed during therapy, and decide if there is a mutual connection. The ability to connect is essential in building an effective therapeutic relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with various individuals for the past 11 years, I have developed an empathetic and honest way to connect with individuals. Connecting with clients creates a relaxed, safe space to help you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with individuals struggling mentally, emotionally, and relationally in life. These individuals want to address their issues but are unsure how or where to start and are seeking someone to accompany them on their journey.
