I am a dual certified Nurse Practitioner. Board-certified as a PMHNP (psychiatric mental health) and FNP (family practice). Master Psychopharmacology certified from NEI and certified in treating ADHD from PESI (ADHD-CCSP). Alumni of Purdue Global University and Rocky Mountain University. I have worked in multiple settings such as Retail Clinic, Psychiatry, home health, neurology, bariatrics/bariatric surgery, medical weight-loss. I am currently licensed as a prescriber in the state of WA, MT, AZ, CO, IL, NV, HI, TX and WI with a focus in psychiatry and family practice.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
First session would be history taking and filling up of assessment forms necessary for psychiatric assessments ending with medical diagnosis and treatment options as well as collaborative discussion regarding treatment, diagnosis and expectations between patient-provider relationship.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am an athlete so physical health is a big deal to me. I do believe that the body and mind needs to be treated together and not separate. I am board certified in psychiatry and family medicine which helps me integrate more knowledge in the practice.

Adult Patients who have a diagnosed mental health disorder or seeking for diagnosis. Mental health problems such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, binge eating disorder, schizophrenia, and many others. I provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment options for these conditions.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Treatment u focus on incorporates positive psychology principles and medication management which helps clients address the issues at hand by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems. Sessions will be more structured on building solutions to create positive change.

Dr.Allen was so amazing. He had me do a genesight test so I finally would get prescribed the correct meds & doses that work for my genetic make up. Since then my meds feel like they are actually doing something. He’s super smart, friendly, down to earth and one of the best. Highly recommend to all looking for solutions vs doing the same meds that don’t work.
