Jessica Rae Montgomery (She/Her/Hers), Clinical Psychotherapist. I have dedicated my career to working with individuals with serious mental illness, specializing in crisis care and psychosis. I have worked hand in hand with providers at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Eskenazi Health, and Penn Medicine. I have provided psychotherapy and group services in a coordinated specialty care team and worked in the emergency room and hospital units providing psychological care. I earned my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health through The Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University Calumet. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in IN.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In a first session we will review documentation and have a conversation surrounding what therapy looks like, get to know one another, therapy goals, and have space for any questions you may have about therapy and working with me personally.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strength is being able to work with a variety of individuals. I have had the opportunity to work in multiple settings which gives me various points of view. I like to use these experiences to formulate and understand the people I work with.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life. I think that it would be difficult for me to describe who I am best suited to provided services to without knowing them first. I would like to work with each person on an individual specialized level and decide if I am the right fit for their current psychological services.
