Often, we all go through difficult times. Times of despair, painful circumstances, and distress; Situations that many times affect our peace of mind and our relationships with ourselves and others. Sometimes, we even question the purpose of our lives because we feel like there is no purpose for what we are going through. As a caring clinician, I allow and encouraged my client to create a space for healing, where they feel in control of choosing their own path to freedom and sense of control.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. We will start working on goals and create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow- up sessions.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and relational theories as a theoretical framework which allows me to help my clients to explore and identified healthy alternatives to mental health issues.
I have experience working with adults 18 years and older dealing with Mood disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, and Post-traumatic stress disorder using psychosomatic, neurobiological, and psychoanalytic approaches to create healing. I also work with problems of addiction.
