Hi! I'm a licensed clinical social worker, licensed to practice in New York, Virginia and Florida. I acquired a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University and have a master's degree in psychology from NYU. I have been practicing for 16 years working with clients experiencing a wide range of issues that may include one or more of the following: low self confidence, relationship issues, anxiety/overthinking, depression, coping with life changes as well as parents facing challenges with their children. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our sessions to meet your unique and specific needs. My approach pulls from many different therapy styles blended with a direct, no-nonsense approach. I am here to support you in taking the steps towards building a more peaceful, fulfilling and authentic life.

I am a 40 year old native of central/upstate NY- right outside of Rochester. I am a mom to a 3.5 year old daughter which is where my time and energy is spent outside of being a Therapist. I mostly enjoy traveling, watching documentaries, cooking/baking, and learning about German culture. I find myself very easy-going, down to earth and have a huge passion for helping others!

I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.
