Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected—from themselves, their work, or their relationships. You may be carrying stress that feels unmanageable or emotions that are hard to name, let alone express. I offer a space to slow down, explore what you're feeling, and reconnect with your inner resources. Together, we’ll make sense of your experience, work through what’s holding you back, and help you move toward a life that feels more meaningful, grounded, and fully yours.
This service is for clients who want to better understand themselves, figure out next steps, and make practical changes—big or small—to improve their overall well-being. Counseling is short-term, usually up to 12 sessions, with occasional follow-ups to help support lasting progress. I am not licensed in treatment of substance abuse or addictions. I do not do court related work. Adults only.
I offer telehealth counseling for adults and seniors, including Medicare clients, who are navigating life’s challenges. Many of the people I work with are dealing with grief, caregiver stress, trauma, depression, or anxiety. I understand how heavy these struggles can feel, and my goal is to provide a compassionate, steady place for you to breathe, reflect, and heal.
Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and supportive therapy, I tailor each session to your needs. Whether you are coping with illness, loss, or overwhelming stress, I will walk with you in building resilience and finding balance. Together, we can create space for healing, growth, and renewed hope, no matter where you are on your journey.

Hello! I am a (LCSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Michigan. I received my Masters from Wayne State University and have been a practicing social worker for 18+ years. I work with many clients that may experience anxiety, depression, grief , medical adjustment, and/or trauma. Sometimes we just need some assistance to manage life situations and all our life stressors.
Hello. First and foremost, I want to commend you on taking the first step towards self-care when it comes to mental health. There can be tons of emotions involved when starting therapy.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving the state of Texas and Michigan. I received my Masters from Michigan State University. I have over 10 years of experience and I enjoy helping those individuals who struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, and past traumas (to name a few) find some balance and provide some tools to find some balance in your life.
My approach is rooted in a client-centered philosophy, with the ultimate goal of creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can grow into the best version of themselves.
As a first-generation American, I understand the complexities of navigating between two cultures. Growing up, I often felt caught in between—never quite “American enough” for my peers, yet too American for my parents. That in-between space shaped my identity and deepened my empathy for others who feel like they don’t fully belong.
As a woman, I bring lived experience to many of the challenges women face daily—from sexual assault and body image struggles to infertility and pregnancy loss. These experiences inform my work and allow me to hold space with compassion and understanding.
And as a mother, I deeply relate to the pressures and expectations placed on working moms today. I’m acutely aware of how motherhood can affect every aspect of our lives—our bodies, minds, spirits, careers, and relationships—and I strive to support clients through those transformations with empathy and care.
Life brings change and loss, and having a compassionate and skilled therapist to walk with you can make all the difference. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist with over a decade of specializing in grief therapy and ten years of hospice social work, I offer supportive, grounded care to individuals and families navigating life’s hardest transitions.
Clients describe my approach as compassionate, authentic, and refreshingly real. I blend evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with warmth, gentle humor, and a client-centered focus to create a safe space where healing begins. Whether you’re facing grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or seeking clarity, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity and care. My practice welcomes clients ages 13 through adulthood and into later life, including those from the LGBTQ+ community and those experiencing compounded losses. Together, we’ll find meaningful steps forward to discover resilience and build lasting strength.
I help college students, job seekers and working professionals who are feeling burned out, anxious, or overwhelmed reconnect with their strengths and bring their best selves to work or school. Many of my clients juggle high expectations, relationship challenges at work or college, and ongoing stress—and feel stuck, frustrated, or held back by negative self-talk. Together, we work on recognizing these patterns, challenging self-imposed limitations, and building healthier, more confident ways of thinking. Career counseling focused on mental health in the workplace is my specialization.

Hi, I'm Jasmine!
Inviting someone into your most personal space can be intimidating, scary, and daunting. Getting to this point of reading my bio is a huge step. Just know that I am SUPER excited that you have taken that step!
Are you struggling with life transitions? Are you having difficulty maintaining healthy/positive relationships? Do you find it difficult to be kind to yourself?
I help those having difficulty in these areas. We can work together to get you back on track and develop strategies to cope and manage. Some of the methods I utilize to help are cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focused therapy, and client-centered therapy. I also integrate mindfulness, journaling, and meditation--just to name a few!
I will meet you with compassion and evidence-based practices. I hope that we can take steps TOGETHER towards achieving your therapy goals and I look forward to working with you!
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience as a therapist and fifteen years of experience as a Social Worker. My clinical focus has been children and families, but I work with the whole spectrum of individuals. It's my goal to join people where they are as they take their therapeutic journey, learning more about themselves and conquering their fears.
If you grew up feeling unsafe, unseen, or alone, those early experiences may still live quietly inside you. You may move through the world appearing capable and put together, while inside feeling anxious, numb, guarded, or disconnected. These responses are not something to fix—they are signs of how deeply you learned to survive.
I work with adults who carry the lasting effects of childhood and family trauma, complex PTSD, and experiences of sexual or physical harm. Many of the people I work with learned early on how to be strong, how to adapt, and how to endure. While those ways of surviving once helped protect you, they can become heavy to carry over time.
Our work together is not about pushing, reliving painful memories, or asking more of you than feels possible. It is about slowing down, creating safety, and honoring your nervous system’s need for gentleness. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, perform, or hold it all together.
My approach is trauma-informed and guided by care for the nervous system. Together, we listen with compassion to what your body and emotions are asking for. Over time, we focus on helping you feel more grounded, strengthening boundaries, easing anxiety or dissociation, and rebuilding trust in yourself and in others.
You are not broken. Nothing about you needs to be fixed. Healing is available to you. You don’t have to do it alone.
Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Northwest Indiana, and I am also licensed as an LCPC in Illinois and an LPC in Michigan. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Purdue University Northwest and have been in practice for more than 12 years.
My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and family-related stress. I also have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and those adjusting to the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and maternal mental health.
I aim to create a counseling space that is calm, respectful, and collaborative — one where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
About Me
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Master’s Level Social Worker (LMSW) based in Michigan. For over 26 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, families, children, and veterans as they navigate life’s everyday challenges and transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stretched thin by work and family responsibilities, struggling with relationship conflict, or discouraged by low self-esteem. Others are parents seeking guidance as they support a child or preteen with ADHD, school stress, behavior concerns, or the complexities of IEPs and 504 plans.
No matter what brings you to therapy, I believe your story matters. I strive to meet you where you are and create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. Life can feel demanding and exhausting at times, and therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and build skills to manage it more effectively.
My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and strength-based. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based strategies. Together, we focus on practical tools you can apply in daily life—managing stress and emotions, improving communication, building coping skills, strengthening relationships, and increasing resilience at home, school, and work.
I also have over 15 years of experience working with veterans, supporting trauma recovery, reintegration into civilian life, and access to housing and community resources. I bring a culturally responsive perspective to my work with immigrants and first-generation individuals, addressing identity development, acculturation stress, and family dynamics.
Whether you are an adult navigating stress or life transitions, a parent seeking support for your child, or someone working to rebuild confidence and emotional balance, I offer a safe, supportive space to heal, grow, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) based in Michigan, but I also serve individuals in Virginia. I received my Masters from Widener University in 2021. I have worked in many different settings, providing mental health treatment to individuals. Some of these settings are inpatient behavioral health units, outpatient group therapy programs, and community-based settings. I have a wide array of treatment models that I have learned over the years, utilizing these with my clients to help them explore their thoughts and feelings while providing a healing environment. I now provide individual therapy to adults, adolescents and children.
I also possess a Bachelor in Recreational Therapy from Central Michigan University, earned in 2009. I worked as a Recreational Therapist for over 15 years, working with children with developmental disabilities in the community, and then transitioned to working with adults and children's in various mental health settings. I continue to encourage a healthy leisure lifestyle with my clients, discussing the importance of self-care, self-esteem and cultivating self-worth. Having fun and finding the joy in life is a part of healing from a mental health crisis.
If the times on my schedule don't work for you, please make an appointment and message me with a better time and/or day and I can change. I am able to see clients during the day outside of what my calendar availability shows but on a limited schedule. I always try to be as flexible as I can to meet the needs of my clients. :-)
No show policy: All I ask is to be communicated with, even last minute. I know life can happen pretty quickly but without any communication, it is a $100 cancellation fee.

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I've had the privilege of working with individuals in diverse mental health settings, from emergency departments and psychiatric facilities to private practices. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face, and I'm truly passionate about helping them find healing and growth.

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share my background, as I believe my experience may be of value to you. With 37 years of lived experience alongside family members facing severe mental challenges, I have gained a deep understanding of the unique struggles that individuals and families encounter in these situations. My name is Danni, and I’m a Licensed Therapist with degrees in Clinical Social Work and Marriage and Family Counseling. I’ve worked in mental health across a range of settings, but it was my nearly eight years of experience working with aggressive, nonverbal children and clients on the autism spectrum that shaped my passion for understanding behavior as unspoken, unconscious communication.
This experience taught me to read beneath the surface and recognize that our behaviors often reflect deeper emotional needs and unresolved wounds. While my roots are in behavioral work, my focus is on helping adults and adolescents explore their inner worlds—especially through inner child work. I believe the inner child is present in all of us, and that healing comes from understanding and nurturing these parts of ourselves.
My approach is direct, thorough, and compassionate. I am committed to helping clients get to the root of their distress and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
My Approach and Beliefs
I offer progressive therapy grounded in psychodynamic trauma processing and inner child work. Together, we’ll go beyond surface symptoms to trace pain to its origins, uncover where coping mechanisms and triggers first formed, and support you in healing and integrating your whole self.
This process can be intense and challenging, but I am here to walk with you every step of the way. My goal is to help you move from surviving to truly living.
I work with young adults and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by life’s challenges. Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, stress, or difficult transitions such as ruptured relationships, parenthood, perimenopause, or grief. They often come to me looking for support, hope, motivation, and ways to feel more grounded and purposeful in daily life.
It's important to me to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to feel deeply heard and supported, while also being gently encouraged to grow. While my approach to your care is personalized and collaborative, I draw from evidence-based methods like Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), DBT, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help you build tools you can actually use beyond our sessions. I bring not only knowledge, but also humility and lived experience to this work. My goal is always to co-create a space where you will feel safe, respected, and empowered.
Together, we’ll focus on managing distress, learning about emotions, building resilience, and reconnecting with what matters most to you whether that’s enjoying your relationships, finding balance, or reclaiming joy.
I am licensed clinical social worker in Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan with 8 years of professional work experience. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
Hi, I’m Nat! I’m so glad you’re here. Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been carrying pain or stress for a long time. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported as you begin to heal and grow.
Clients often describe me as empathetic, grounded, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaboration—where you can show up as your authentic self and know that I’ll meet you there with compassion and curiosity. Whether you’re hoping to heal from past trauma, manage anxiety or depression, or simply understand yourself more deeply, we’ll move at your pace and work together toward meaningful change.
