I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with five years of independent clinical experience and over ten years of experience in human services, case management, vocational rehabilitation services, and working at inpatient and outpatient clinical therapy offices.
I have a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Ohio University, a masters degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health counseling from UNC-Chapel Hill, and a bachelors of science degree in psychology from North Carolina State University.
I chose to get a PhD in counseling because of my desire to help others, and my continuous drive to learn and grow. Therapy was essential to me as a teenager, then as a young adult, and now as a middle-aged adult. I have always found it to be a powerful tool in allowing me to process my thoughts and feelings, both about my past and my future. As a result, I chose to become a therapist, to provide the same support and guidance to the people I work with!
Do you find it difficult to offer yourself the same kindness, compassion, and grace you would to a friend or loved one? Do you have a hard time regulating your emotions and embodying challenging emotions?
I am a digital nomad with a telehealth practice.
I believe therapy is a sacred space, and I'm honored to share it with you.

I'm a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with 19 years of clinical experience, 15 years licensed within private practice.
I consider myself to be bicultural. Having been raised as a first-generation American in a Latin family, I can identify with the mentality of someone living within two "worlds". Transitioning from one culture to another with seemingly different values, beliefs and language. I can easily understand the struggle that maintaining, and existing in both, can sometimes be. I've come to perceive and appreciate it as the gift of having a "bridge" that allows connection to, and understanding of, different aspects of people and life.
My education has a foundation in Clinical Psychology, woven with holistic transpersonal themes, the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and just plain down-to-earth common sense. Always keeping in mind the client's personal beliefs and values.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker fluent in English and Spanish. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Welfare from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska in Omaha. I have dedicated my career empowering individuals, families, and communities. I believe in people's inherent ability to lead healthier lives and see it as the driving force behind every relationship.

I have been a therapist in California since 2019 and have been fully licensed since 2022. I completed 3000 required intership hours at a Community mental health clinic, working with individuals, children ages 5-18, as well as couples and Families. I work with individuals facing problems with addictions, compulsive behaviors, and attachment issues that show up in the form of high-conflict relationships, self-sabotage, lack of connection, or loneliness. My overarching goal is to improve your mental health. It is possible with consistent attendance, complete honesty, and a willingness to change. I cannot achieve this alone; therapy is a lot of work, it requires commitment and follow-through.
You more than likely appreciate a flexible and open approach to therapy along with a therapist who values a collaborative approach with their clients. You are likely looking for a therapist who can help alleviate your symptoms of personal distress and suffering. "I've got you."

I’m a relational therapist who works with adults seeking a more intentional, connected, and fulfilling way of living. My goal is to help you align with your values and feel more grounded, authentic, and at ease in your life and relationships.
Hello I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing for 17 years. I received my master's degree from California State University Los Angeles and my California License from the Board of Behavioral Sciences. I love to support and help people understand themselves and practice skills that can help them manage symptoms that are interfering in their lives blocking them from achieving their goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist, complemented by my background as a veteran of the United States Armed Forces. My clinical training includes a Master’s in Social Work with a focus on Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality, which informs my understanding of how diverse life experiences shape individuals’ perspectives and interactions with their environments. In my practice, I utilize a person-centered, solution-focused approach that prioritizes client autonomy and self-determination. I collaborate closely with clients to identify their unique challenges and barriers, empowering them to develop realistic and meaningful short-term and long-term goals.
