I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I have worked with individuals, families and in interdisciplinary teams for over 15 years in community mental health in outpatient and intensive services. Many of my clients were of high acuity and I supported them by creating a treatment plan that suits their needs. I have experience working within marginalized and diverse communities.
I will be getting to know you and creating a safe space for you to share. I will go over the intake forms and answer any questions you may have. After going over the intake, I will formulate a treatment plan to address your needs.
I value cultural competency and honoring what has brought you to therapy. I provide empathy in peeling the layers of stressors, traumas, and difficulties that may be affecting your daily functioning. I support SMART goals to ensure an action based treatment plan and adapt to any changes that may present itself.

My background in crisis intervention, person-centered and strength based approaches provides a skillset for clients wanting to reduce symptoms. I have expertise with chronic illness and disabilities, depression, anxiety, and grief support.
