I have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, marital issues, self-esteem issues, and much more. Additionally, I believe that traumatic experiences can negatively effect the way we navigate through life. I work to help my clients become aware of the impact trauma has had on their lives and work to resolve challenges. It's very difficult to be in stressful situations that can cause lots of anxiety and self-doubt. I work with you to develop effective coping skills and a greater self-awareness to reach your full potential. Together, you and I can work to set goals that are appropriate and attainable for you, at your pace.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session we review what challenges or problems you experience and how they impact who you are and what you do. It is important to have clarity of the problem before we can figure out, together, what you desire. We also explore what has been getting in the way, what have you tried and begin to build skills in identification, modulation and regulation of feelings. You will leave with homework designed for you to instantly have clarity to make good decisions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use cognitive behavioral methods to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Once you are clear on how your thoughts are dictating your life experience, we can create ways to manage thoughts do you can live a Fuller Life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My experience is working with professional women who constantly get in their own way and don't know why it keeps happening. Because of personal life tragedies, I also work with widows helping them feel joy, connected and empowered.
