Hello, thanks for visiting! My name is Raven and I have been in the healthcare field for over 15 years. I am a Psychiatric Nurse practitioner who specializes in medication management with brief psychotherapy included. At this moment, I will only be accepting clients who are looking for a medication support provider. I do require a FREE 15 minute consultation prior to booking an appointment with me to ensure we are a good match for each other. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of California and Virginia. This means that I do both Medication management and brief Psychotherapy to help my clients cope with what is coming up for them. Whether it be Stress, Depression, Anxiety or ADD/ADHD, let's take this journey to healing and personal transformation together.
So, our first session is a "get to know". I like to explore what's coming up for my client so we can figure out a plan together on how we will navigate this healing journey in a safe and transparent space.

I enjoy working with everyone. I know that sounds so cliche, right? How I see it is, everyone has a unique story, whether teen or an older adult, we all have an untold story inside of us waiting to be released.
Hi everyone! My name is Raven, and I’ve been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. Helping people is truly my life’s passion. To be transparent, creating a safe space for my clients to heal and grow is a deeply personal mission of mine. You might be wondering, "How can you hold space for me?" My approach combines medication management and therapy, working together to help you navigate the challenges of depression, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or PTSD. Sometimes, just having a space to release, process, and work through symptoms, with the right support can be the first step toward real healing. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward better mental health and well-being, I’d love to walk alongside you. Feel free to reach out!
