First session
In our first session, we will get to know each other. We get to establish rapport, gather relevant background information, discuss your concerns and goals, conduct an initial assessment, and collaborate on a treatment plan. We will discuss confidentiality, boundaries and logistics for future appointments. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment to facilitate open communication and trust.
Strengths
Giving a listening ear to my patients is very important. I am also big in allowing my patients participate in their treatment and encourage them to ask questions.

I have worked closely with patients with different disorders to include mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and psychotic disorders.
