I am an experienced and well-trained provider, I have proven expertise in customer service, ethical and efficient healthcare approaches. My philosophy is to treat the patient mind, body, and spirit. I have dual-certification, which means I can manage both mental health and primary care needs, which many patients really like. I am dual Board Certified by ANCC, and I graduated from renowned and accredited Universities in both Colorado and Texas.
Our first session will greatly depend on you. I am patient-centered, and provide individualized care. There is no one proven method fit for all. We can start with conversations about the weather, or delve straight into your mood and your needs right away. Either way, you are the driver of your care, and I am there to support and guide you with evidence-based modalities.
