New to Grow
Hi, My name's Ukashah but you can call me Kash! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in clinical and educational counseling, spanning 6+ years. I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand themselves and others more deeply and move toward growth that feels meaningful and lasting. I specialize in working with young adults, BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ clients, and couples. As a counselor I hold space intentionally and compassionately for the complexity of all aspects of identity.
Healing isn’t always linear, but I believe it’s always possible—and I believe that even in difficulty, there is always something worth holding onto. As the saying goes: “He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything.” My goal is to help you cultivate hope, build resilience and live into your true authentic self.
