New to Grow
Hi, I'm Clint, a healthcare professional specializing in holistic medication management. I take an integrative approach, treating the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and lifestyle. I collaborate with you to create personalized plans that use evidence-based medications (at the lowest effective dose when needed) alongside nutrition, stress reduction (mindfulness/meditation), movement, sleep optimization, and other supportive practices to minimize side effects, address root causes, and promote lasting balance and well-being.
Our first session (typically 60 minutes) is a collaborative intake to understand your health and goals. We’ll discuss your concerns, symptoms, medical/mental health history, lifestyle factors (nutrition, sleep, stress, movement), and past treatments/medications. I’ll listen, ask clarifying questions, and we’ll identify root causes together. Then we’ll define your goals and outline an initial personalized plan—combining meds (lowest effective dose when appropriate) with holistic strategies. Bring any notes, records, or questions!
My greatest strengths include a holistic, integrative approach to medication management. I combine evidence-based medications (prescribed at the lowest effective dose when needed) with lifestyle strategies—nutrition, movement, mindfulness, sleep optimization, and stress management—to address root causes rather than just symptoms. This leads to reduced side effects, minimized long-term med reliance where possible, enhanced overall well-being, and greater resilience through personalized, empowering, whole-person care (mind, body, spirit).
My ideal clients are individuals 13 and up—teens, adults, and older adults—facing issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic stress, sleep problems, or medication side effects. You seek more than just prescriptions and are open to a collaborative, holistic approach: combining evidence-based meds (when needed) with lifestyle changes (nutrition, movement, mindfulness, sleep) to address root causes, reduce side effects and med reliance, and build lasting well-being.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a practical, skills-based approach to help patients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact. In my practice, I tailor CBT techniques to each individual, focusing on real-world strategies that reduce symptoms, build insight, and support lasting, measurable change.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing as a respectful, collaborative approach that helps patients clarify their goals and resolve ambivalence about change. In my practice, I focus on listening, affirming strengths, and guiding patients toward choices that align with their values and readiness for change.
