As a mental health therapist with over 9 years of experience, I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward greater emotional well-being. I provide a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space to explore concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-life balance, and personal growth, helping clients build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting, positive change.
During our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you and better understand your story. We’ll also talk about your goals and what you hope to achieve through our work together.
My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and focused on helping clients build resilience and find meaningful ways to improve their quality of life. I believe everyone has the ability to grow and thrive, and I strive to help each person discover the tools and insights that support their unique path forward.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate the challenges of parenting, build healthy connections with their children, manage life’s difficulties, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen their sense of self-worth.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help individuals recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns that may be affecting their mood or behavior.
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients focus on their strengths, clarify their goals, and take practical steps toward creating the future they want.
I also incorporate psychoeducation to help individuals better understand their experiences and develop healthy, effective ways to cope.
