New to Grow
I am a compassionate therapist trained in trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight and build practical skills to navigate life's challenges. My approach focuses on helping individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors while fostering healing, resilience and meaningful change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental space where we begin getting to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we will begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss how we can work collaboratively to support your healing and growth.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My commitment to creating a safe, compassionate and trauma informed space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. I integrate trauma informed care with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help client's understand how past experiences may influence their current thoughts, emotions and behaviors, while also building practical tools for managing distress in the present. My approach is collaborative and empowering. I work alongside clients to gently process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional awareness and develop healthier patterns of thinking and coping. Many clients find that through this process they gain greater self-understanding, improved emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of confidence and resilience in their daily lives.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to work with individuals who are navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, life transitions or relationships challenges and are seeking a safe space to process their experiences. I work well with clients who are open to exploring the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors and who want to develop practical tools for healing and growth. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills and helping clients move toward lives that feel meaningful.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I am a licensed therapist who specializes in supporting trauma survivors, self-critical millennials and new mothers navigating post partum., relationships, and emotional healing. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help you connect with your inner world, quiet harsh self-talk, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I offer warm, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome- especially the ones that feel wounded, stuck and unheard.
