Hi there! My name is Regina and I have been practicing therapy since 2018. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked hands on in a psychiatric hospital (for 10 years), serving a spectrum of illnesses on a direct care level. Due to my inpatient experience, I have worked with just about every diagnosis out there!

I specialize in sex and psychosis, but I am happy to help anyone who is looking to help themselves.
First session
During our first session, you can expect that we will work on building rapport, while also completing the intake process and sharing important information. The initial session will be more like a "meet and greet" where we will focus on facts over feelings. Then, the next time we meet, we will let the feelings unleash!
Strengths
My greatest strength as a provider is my person-centered approach to meet people where they are at in their journey. The therapeutic experience is about what YOU make of it and I want to create a safe place for you to explore the depths of yourself to develop new insights and perspectives.
Ideal clients
I am most passionate about serving vulnerable populations (chronic psychosis, intellectual disabilities, and older adults), along with people struggling with sexual dysfunction. If you are ready to grow, then I am ready to help support you! Therapy is a journey that YOU lead and I am here to be in the passenger seat, reminding you to stay focused on the road, even when it gets difficult to travel.

One of the most important things for me as a therapist is to meet clients where they are at in their journey. The therapeutic experience is what the client makes of it and I am happy to be a support who offers new perspectives.
Reality Therapy
Since I specialize in psychotic disorders, I use reality therapy techniques to help reorient clients to reality.
