Hello! I’m Nickolas — I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida and have been practicing for over 10 years. I work with clients struggling with many concerns, including stress and anxiety, career challenges, LGBTQ+ related issues, and grief and loss. I am licensed to provide therapy in Colorado, Florida, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, North Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My counseling style is accepting, collaborative, and warm. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and respect while giving special attention to your strengths. My approach combines client-centered and existential counseling. I will meet you wherever you are in life and will guide you on your therapeutic journey. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and support each individual’s unique identity, growth, and self-discovery process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with many clients over the years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. Additionally, I strongly believe in collaboration, flexibility, and acceptance.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with clients facing stress, anxiety, career transitions, grief and loss, and those exploring their identity—especially within the LGBTQ+ community. My prospective clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.
