Hi! I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) across the lifespan as well as a Certified Naturopathic Practitioner. I have 15 years experience in behavioral health and critical care. I strive to help others become the best versions of themselves and enjoy a collaborative approach to care, empowering clients to have an active role in their treatment. I cant express the relief I feel after my first appointment with Kate. I've been trying and I can't really find the words to describe how wonderfully different this experience was. She created a calm, nonjudgemental space - where I didnt have to over explain myself or panic that I was being misunderstood (lol) it was awesome.
