I have spent several years working with children and families to navigate the challenges of generational trauma, acute trauma and how it impacts our feeling of connection and safety.I work with individuals learning how to navigate healthy relationships in today's fast-paced world. I work with individuals and families on identifying triggers and self-soothing through Somatic exercises to increase internal feelings of safety connection and pave the way for increasing positive connections in their social relationships. I love working with young adults and adults and have spent many years doing so. During my time in practice I have helped adults and young adults manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, as well as managing ADHD symptoms.
