In our first session together, here's what you can expect

As a non-judgmental, compassionate therapist, I employ a holistic approach. In therapy, my role is to assist individuals in deepening their self-awareness and validating their needs, wants, and desires as deserving of respect. I consider each counseling session a chance for individuals to delve into and comprehend their inner selves, nurturing self-awareness and self-compassion.

I am dedicated to creating a secure and unbiased space where individuals can recognize and pursue their personal objectives. Emphasis is placed on self-care encompassing mental, physical, and spiritual/inner self well-being, along with the cultivation of a daily mindfulness routine. I ensure a protected and reliable setting that encourages clients to uncover untapped resources and strengths.

I have several years throughout my career using this method. I have witnessed countless individuals change their perspective about their life which caused them to live the life that they desired. Using this method of counseling will help you to learn how to change your thoughts to helpful thoughts and change your core beliefs that are no longer serving you well.

I have several years throughout my career using this method which is very powerful for those who believe in a higher source. I have seen many of individuals grow as they develop a life of faith. I use this method to help improve your faith and spiritual growth.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I have several years throughout my career using this method. This method is used to help you live in the here and now; and to help reduce your anxiety and stress and learn how to develop a calmer lifestyle.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)
