First session
The first session will be about rapport and trust building, then we will dive into the specific challenges you're facing. From the very first session you, will be in charge of what you want to discuss and work on.
Strengths
I have always been good at meeting people where they are, while being able to challenge them when needed. I am not your typical therapist that focuses on different treatment methods for every issue. I want you to view me as a person that you can trust and rely on.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve been using CBT with clients for the past five years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Person centered is the main treatment method that I use with my clients. This means you get to drive the session, and I will meet you where you are at with whatever you want to work on during each session. I believe this treatment method gives us the best chance for you to connect to and trust me.
