In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, review your initial assessments, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan to help guide our work together in follow-up sessions.
My extensive journey working with individuals dealing with life transitions, anxiety/depression, aging issues, chronic illness and end-of-life planning empowers me to provide ongoing quality and impactful therapeutic support to my clients.
It is my privilege to support clients during some of the most difficult situations in their lives. Some of these situations may include dealing with grief from the death of a loved one or loss of a relationship, living with a chronic or terminal illness, serving as a caregiver for a family member, or dealing with a traumatic life experience.

Strength-Based
When dealing with challenging emotional situations, it can be easy to only see the barriers and feelings of weakness. It is important to be encouraged to also take inventory of your strengths and incorporate these into the therapeutic journey.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT can help you to change unhelpful or unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling and behaving through the use of practical self-help strategies that are designed to help improve your quality of life.
Narrative
Narrative therapy seeks to help you become aware of the stories you carry with you through life and how these stories can influence the way you view yourself. It can empower you to take back your personal narrative through a process known as re-authoring.
Grief Therapy
Grief therapy's primary purpose is to help individuals process emotions and cope with loss through creating a safe environment for exploring grief-related challenges, fostering resilience, and supporting the development of coping skills for the present and future.
Trauma Informed Care
Trauma-informed care is an approach that recognizes and responds to the long-term effects of trauma on individuals. It creates a safe and supportive environment and tailors interventions to meet individual needs.
