I can quickly get to core issues that stem from childhood development and are continuing to get in the way of life goals. I both support and challenge my clients to face themselves and find courage to change for a better qualify of life.
My first session with clients provide a safe space to show yourself genuinely - the good, the bad, and the ugly. I offer a judgment-free zone that allows you to be brave to take your first step towards unraveling destructive patterns of behaving and relating to self and others.
I have more than a decade of experience in addiction and mental health disorders. My specialties are in relationships, sexology, and trauma.
Heartbreaks and heart aches are doorways to new ways of thinking, believing and behaving. When relationships end or are on rocky roads, crises can be left-handed blessings to find motivation in diving deeper into learning about yourself and who you really are.
