I can quickly get to core issues that stem from childhood development and are continuing to get in the way of life goals. My first session with clients provide a safe space to show yourself genuinely - the good, the bad, and the ugly. I offer a judgment-free zone that allows you to be brave to take your first step towards unraveling destructive patterns of behaving and relating to self and others.

I have more than a decade of experience in addiction and mental health disorders. My specialties are in relationships, sexology, and trauma.
