Based in Southern California, Jake is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) with 30 years in the field of nursing. Additionally, I specialize in US Military Veterans (Proudly Served- 25th I.D.) , US Intelligence, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, EMS, and ALL adults with PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and sleep-related concerns. First session

In our first session, we will conduct a comprehensive overview of mental health history, assess any existing treatment plans, and revise as needed. Psychiatry is a relationship, with a focus of investing in yourself using Cognitive Based Models, Stoic principles and Motivational Interviewing. Seeing the amount of years and experience this provider had with trauma was what made him stand out the most while seeking a new therapist.
