I am a licensed therapist with experience supporting individuals in both high-stress and more structured environments, including those navigating trauma, crisis, and significant life challenges. That experience has shaped how I show up in the therapy space…grounded, patient, and attentive, with a focus on helping clients feel heard and supported. I take a practical, collaborative approach to therapy. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you make sense of what you are experiencing and how it is showing up in your life, while we identify what is working, what is not, and where we may need to shift. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you, what is bringing you in, what you have been experiencing, and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences and begin identifying areas we can work on together. We will also talk about your goals and what you can expect from our work moving forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and clear on the direction we are heading.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to recognize patterns and help clients make sense of what they are experiencing. I listen closely. I ask intentional questions. I bring awareness to things that may not be immediately obvious. I balance empathy with accountability. I create a space where clients feel supported and challenged to grow. My work is not just about insight. It is about helping you take what we discuss and apply it in your daily life so you can see real, meaningful change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns they cannot seem to break. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, past experiences, or life transitions and are ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful changes. You do not need to have everything figured out, but you do need to be open to self-reflection and willing to do the work. I provide a supportive space, and I will also challenge you when needed. Together, we will identify what’s not working, build effective coping strategies, and take intentional steps toward meaningful, lasting change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify recurring thoughts, emotional responses, and behaviors that may be contributing to distress. Together, we examine how these experiences developed and how they continue to show up in daily life. In our work, I help you slow things down and recognize what’s not working. As I identify patterns, we will explore them in session. Not to judge, but to build awareness and create change. I balance empathy with accountability, supporting you while also challenging you to shift unhelpful thinking and behavior so you can make meaningful, lasting changes.

Strength-Based

I use Strength-Based approach alongside CBT to help clients recognize and build on what is already working, even in the midst of challenges. Many clients come into therapy focused on what is wrong or what needs to be fixed, and part of my role is to help shift that perspective by identifying existing strengths, resilience, and past successes. In practice, this means we do not just focus on problems. We also highlight what you are already doing well and use that as a foundation for change. When combined with CBT, this approach allows us to both challenge, unhelpful patterns, and reinforce healthier ways of thinking and responding. I balance support with accountability, helping you feel grounded and capable, while also encouraging meaningful, lasting growth.
