First session

During your first visit, we’ll review your current symptoms, relevant medical and psychiatric history, and treatment goals. This initial consultation helps guide accurate diagnosis and next steps in care.

Strengths

My approach is practical and individualized. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, treatment goals, and medication concerns before making recommendations.

Ideal clients

I work best with adults who are motivated to better understand their mental health and actively participate in their treatment. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, or other mental health concerns, I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and respected. My goal is to help you reduce symptoms, improve daily functioning, build healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful, long-term improvements in your quality of life.

Treatment methods

Supportive

I incorporate supportive therapy during visits to help you better understand your symptoms, develop healthy coping strategies, navigate life stressors, and build on your strengths. My goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful progress toward your mental health goals.
