Hi, I’m Tanishia Santana, LCSW – Psychotherapist and Life Coach. I’m the Founder of Clinical Holistic’s Life Coaching and Development, and I specialize in helping individuals and couples heal from trauma-related mental health challenges, including sexual assault, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and PTSD. My approach is both compassionate and empowering. I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and holistic life coaching to support your healing journey—not just addressing symptoms, but helping you rediscover your voice, rebuild your confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life. Whether you're struggling with the aftermath of trauma, navigating relationship difficulties, or seeking deeper personal growth, I create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I believe that healing is not only possible—it’s your birthright—and I’m honored to walk alongside you with care, respect, and a commitment to your well-being. Together, we’ll work to break old patterns, process emotional wounds, and build tools that support your resilience and peace of mind. You don’t have to do this alone.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and our first session is all about setting the foundation for a supportive, collaborative relationship. In our initial meeting, I’ll take time to get to know you—what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain, and any concerns or questions you might have. I’ll also share a bit about my approach to therapy, so you know what working together may look like. This session is a space for you to speak freely and be heard without judgment. We’ll talk about your goals, your strengths, and any current challenges you’re facing. We’ll also discuss important topics like confidentiality and what you can expect in terms of frequency and structure of sessions. Most importantly, I want you to feel safe, respected, and supported. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and the first session is just the beginning of that path. Whether you're feeling nervous, hopeful, or unsure, you're welcome just as you are.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a mental health provider, my greatest strengths lie in my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I bring warmth, empathy, and genuine curiosity into every session, which helps build strong, trusting relationships. I also have a calm and grounded presence that helps clients feel more at ease, even when discussing difficult topics. In addition to my relational strengths, I’m committed to being an active and collaborative partner in your growth. I bring clinical knowledge, thoughtful insight, and a tailored approach to each individual’s needs—balancing compassion with practical strategies for change. I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek therapy and feel honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing and greater self-understanding.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Trying to fulfill your goals and identify your purpose can be difficult when you’re struggling with mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and panic disorders. I have helped many individuals in your shoes, overcome their struggle with mental health concerns, using my specialized methods and techniques. I’m experienced working with BIPOC, LGBT+, and military veterans.
