New to Grow
I'm so glad to be connected. I use a collaborative approach, meaning we build your goals together. We track progress and celebrate wins! There’s no pressure to share everything right away—this is a space for you to feel safe, supported, and heard. It’s the first step in building a path forward, together. My goal is create safe and non judgmental space to foster personal growth and healing.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and any goals you have in mind. We’ll also talk about how therapy works and what you can expect from me.
My approach is rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I believe that meaningful change begins with self-awareness and is sustained through intentional action. I work collaboratively with you to explore your goals, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical strategies for growth. I integrate evidence-based practices—primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to help you build emotional resilience, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. Whether you're navigating challenges in relationships, struggling with self-esteem, or seeking greater clarity in your life, I tailor our work to meet your unique needs and pace. Above all, I view healing and personal development as a journey. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, tools, and encouragement as you move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to grow, even if they’re not sure where to start. They may be feeling stuck in their relationships, struggling with low self-esteem, or having a hard time setting boundaries. They want to feel more confident, more in control, and more connected to themselves and others. They’re open to learning, willing to reflect, and ready to do the work it takes to create real change. They may not have all the answers yet, but they’re curious, motivated, and committed to building a life they truly enjoy. I work best with adults of all ages who are navigating challenges in their personal or social lives and are looking for a supportive, structured space to heal, grow, and thrive.
I use CBT to help you recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors so you can feel better and handle challenges more effectively.
I help couples improve communication, deepen connection, and work through challenges together in a supportive and nonjudgmental space.
I use DBT to help clients build skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and effective communication.
