Racheal Korede
Hi, I'm Racheal Korede, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and life transitions. I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. My approach combines evidence-based treatment, medication management, education, and supportive counseling to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and achieve meaningful improvements in their daily lives. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
First session
During our first session, we will take time to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to treatment. I will ask questions about your current symptoms, personal history, medical background, lifestyle, and goals for care. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, coping strategies, education, and recommendations for therapy when appropriate. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, informed, and actively involved in decisions regarding your care. You are welcome to ask questions at any time, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Strengths
Clients often describe me as compassionate, approachable, attentive, and easy to talk to. I take time to listen carefully and work collaboratively with each client to understand their concerns and goals. My clinical experience in psychiatric care allows me to provide thoughtful, evidence-based treatment while creating a supportive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to make positive changes.
Ideal clients
I work best with adults ages 18–64 who are seeking support for ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, and mood-related concerns. Many of my clients are professionals, students, caregivers, and individuals navigating personal or career challenges who are looking for compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. I provide a collaborative approach that combines medication management, education, and practical coping strategies to help clients improve focus, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.
Treatment methods
Psychoeducation
I use psychoeducation to help clients better understand their mental health conditions, symptoms, treatment options, and coping strategies. Through education and collaborative discussion, I empower clients to make informed decisions about their care while improving self-awareness and symptom management. I provide evidence-based guidance on anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, trauma, and medication management to support long-term wellness and recovery.
