Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first therapy session is usually more about getting to know each other than diving deeply into heavy work. In the first session I begin to understand your situation and help you feel comfortable. Some topics covered in our first session may be: What brought you to therapy? What symptoms or struggles are you dealing with? What is your is your mental health history? Context related to family background and relationships. Context related to your work, school, or daily life. Any past therapy or medications. You don’t have to share everything immediately—it's okay to go at your own pace! There will be time for your questions. ✅ What you don’t need to do: You don’t need to tell your whole life story in one session. You don’t need to have everything figured out. 💡 Tip: Before the first session, it can help to write down: the main reason you want therapy 2–3 things you’d like to change or improve

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I take a holistic perspective, working collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful personal growth and emotional well-being. 🌱
