Dr. Gardine Jacques holds two national board certifications with American Credentialing Center (ANCC) as psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), and adult nurse practitioner (ANP). She is also a certified diabetic educator and certified critical care nurse. Dr. Jacques completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida International University. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, and her Master in Nursing at University of South Florida. She received her Post Master at Valdosta State University.
In our first session together, I take the time to get to know you, and the explore the challenges that you are facing. During future session we explore deeper and review treatment options
Dr. Jacques specializes in comprehensive care which includes medication management and therapy for management of depression, anxiety, bipolar depression, PTSD, and ADHD.

We have experience with using cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to help reframe unhealthy thoughts and behavior pattern.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
We have experience in helping cope with life challenges by using mindfulness, recognizing thoughts, and coping with negative thoughts. Our goal is to help client achieve acceptances.
Christian Counseling
We used biblical counseling and combination with phycological principles to help client cope with mental health disorder.
Grief Therapy
We used grief therapy to process feeling of sorrow after a loss, such as the death of a loved one.
