My name is Paul Ackah, a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with over 19 years of clinical nursing and 15 years of Psychiatric Nursing, caring for children, adults and elderly in hospitals, now accepting clients for Tele-health appointments. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management and zealously treat clients with wide range of mental health concerns including but not limited to Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Depression, mood disorders, OCD, Bipolar, and PTSD. I thoroughly assess each patient’s concerns, medical history, and traumatic experience in search of potential triggers that might be contributing factor to the identified ailments. During the initial intake session, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing . Then will help to create a tailored care plan for us to work through in follow up visits.
