In our first session, we will do some brief introductions, understand what has led you to pursue therapy and begin to work on identifying a plan of subsequent sessions to address the areas you are looking to address.

My greatest strength as a provider is being empathetic and providing strategies for clients to use to work on reducing symptom burden and distress. I consider it an honor to be a therapist and walk through the difficulties of life with clients.

A dream client is someone who is motivated for change. I enjoy helping individuals who are new to learning how to manage their mental health or have recently received a diagnosis. I have enjoyed working with individuals who are navigating early adulthood challenges and finding their own personal identity.
