The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have experience in many different types of treatment and many different types of populations. Due to my time spent in crisis intervention services, I have been able to build resilience and passion to help others get to a happy and stable place within their lives.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I frequently use this practice to help clients find coping skills to increase overall life satisfaction. This is my favorite treatment method! I have been trained in ACT and have used it in all types of treatment in my practice (addiction, perinatal mental health, depression, and anxiety).

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have used CBT in conjunction with ACT over the course of my career. This method has been very beneficial for my clients with depression and anxiety.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I have worked through the CPT manual with multiple clients throughout my career while working on processing their PTSD.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT has been a great help to my clients struggling with all types of mental health struggles. This has provided great coping skills that my clients can utilize day-to-day.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing is the base of what I build all my other techniques off of.
