Hi! I'm Christina, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, ready to help and support you on your therapeutic journey. Everyone is at a different place in their mental health journey. I want to meet you where you are in that journey and work through your struggles at a pace that feels right for you! Life is too short to wake up everyday and not feel fulfilled, surrender to bad relationships, let trauma control us, allow anxiety/stress to overcome us, and feel depressed or angry all the time. I want to help you feel like yourself again or an even better version of yourself, be free of emotional pain, and find meaning and purpose in all areas of your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is most certainly one of the most important sessions for you as it is an opportunity to begin a conversation and amazing journey towards a better life. In your first session, you will have an opportunity to share your story, give background information and history about you and your life, and discuss the symptoms, goals, and hopes for your time in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I value each and every client for taking the step to be vulnerable and open with me. I love the work I do and the reward of seeing clients make break-throughs, learn something new, see improvements in their lives, mental health, and relationships is fulfilling to me as a therapist.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Everyone experiences situations in life that may impact the way we think, changes or affects our emotions/feelings, and ultimately causes our behaviors to altered. I love to help clients work through their problems and develop solutions to feel better and overall improve their lives.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Your way of thinking, how you feel about certain situations, and how you choose to behave or act may be causing you some difficulty and I would like to help you learn acceptance and skills to make positive changes.
