What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we start out with a brief introduction, getting a history of the current situation, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. My clients and I are a team. My clients are the most important aspect of my practice and work.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I see clients across lifespan. From Ages 4 to 80 years of age. Working with different modalities simplifies and integrates different part of the puzzle. The client is not a passive recipient, but an expert when it comes to his/or her life. The end goal is to create a nurturing, caring, healthy client. I see client with different psychiatric disorders, but my specialty is on Depression, Anxiety, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, Oppositional disorders, Conduct disorders, Mood disorders, Obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorder, Addiction, and various other mental health disorders.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young and the elderly. Sarting from age 4 to 80 years old. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their careers, life and other issues

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

During our session, I also use CBT to help you take a close look at your thoughts and emotions. Helping one understand how their thoughts affect one's actions. Through CBT, my clients can unlearn negative thoughts and behaviors and learn to adopt healthier thinking patterns and habits.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I practice Mindfulness therapy by teaching clients to fully engage in the present moment. This involves actively observing their thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations without judgment. By doing so, clients become more aware of their internal experiences and learn to respond with greater calm and clarity, rather than reacting automatically. Mindfulness techniques, such as focused breathing, are often utilized to help cope with stress and improve emotional regulation.
