I have 20 years of experience in various populations including teens/adolescents, geriatrics, the foster care system and working with MCOs. I take a strength based, solution focused approach to help clients meet their goals. I love to travel, and spend time outside with my family and dogs. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I take a solution focused approach as we get to know each other. I may ask for periodic brief assessments to determine levels of depression/anxiety. I truly take an individualized approach when working with each client, and will ask for feedback as to what is helpful and what is not. I prefer to let my clients guide our journey together, and understand that no therapeutic relationship is "one size fits all"
