About me

I have 20 years of experience in various populations including teens/adolescents, geriatrics, the foster care system and working with MCOs. I take a strength based, solution focused approach to help clients meet their goals. I love to travel, and spend time outside with my family and dogs. If the following is of interest to you, I am an INFJ, a Taurus, and enneagram 6 and a proud member of the Hufflepuff house.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I take a solution focused approach as we get to know each other. I may ask for periodic brief assessments to determine levels of depression/anxiety. I truly take an individualized approach when working with each client, and will ask for feedback as to what is helpful and what is not. I prefer to let my clients guide our journey together, and understand that no therapeutic relationship is "one size fits all"

Past clients report back that my unconditional positive regard and support are the most helpful. I have many years of experience working with ADHD, ODD, Mood Disorders, and trauma.
