I work with clients ages 13 and above and provide treatment for mood disorders such as Depression and Bipolar; Anxiety disorder such as Generalized anxiety, Social anxiety, Panic disorder, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, and phobias; Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); Psychotic disorders including schizophrenia, brief psychotic disorder. I am passionate about building relationships and empowering my clients to be active participants in their treatment plans and improving quality of life. You can expect a comprehensive mental health evaluation to collect pertinent information about history and current symptoms, including screening questionnaires, or standardized instruments. It is also about building trust and rapport and establishing a partnership to work collaboratively, provide tailored treatment plans that encompass evidence-based treatment.

I believe that it is important to provide a non-judgmental approach to every client; taking the time to understand the person, listen deeply to what the client is experiencing and be a partner in their journey to better mental health.
