Hi there. I provide medication management in the treatment of mental health challenges. I do not offer talk therapy. Do you feel down, depressed? Any changes in your appetite, feel anxious, can’t stop worrying about things, have low motivation, can’t get out of bed? Is it hard to pay attention and complete tasks? Do you suffer from nightmares due to past trauma? Does your heart race and do you have panic attacks? I am here to tell you that you are not alone in your journey. I will listen to your concerns in a safe and positive space and, working together in partnership, help you find the solutions you are looking for through medication management. I am looking forward to working with you on your journey to better mental health. Wishing you peace of mind.
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help me to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Our meetings are your time to tell me about your needs, concerns, fears, past history, current worries, and your goals. With this information, we set goals and treatment plans to achieve those goals by using medication that is right for you. If needed, you may be referred for counseling. This is your moment. Don’t wait any longer. Help is at your reach.
I will listen to you with an empathetic ear and non-judgmental outlook. I understand that each of us have various challenges that can feel overwhelming at times. More than ever, many of us are in need of support. None of us is above help. This is why I am here as your mental health provider, working as a guide and a partner with you. My goal is to help you attain your best possible mental health. I specialize in treating psychiatric and mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, insomnia, post traumatic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder. I am looking forward to partnering with you on your journey.
