I have a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialized post-graduate level training in perinatal mental health, trauma, insomnia, and parenting support. You'll be able to tell your story and I'll ask some questions to help guide my understanding of where you are and where you'd like to go in your therapy journey.
I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you achieve growth and healing. My areas of practice focus on women’s issues such as perinatal mental health (pregnancy through postpartum), trauma, neurodiversity, eating disorders/body image, interpersonal problems, career challenges, parenting, and family life.
