PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES Therapy is a relationship between people that works in part because of clearly defined rights and responsibilities held by each person. As a client in psychotherapy, you have certain rights and responsibilities that are important for you to understand. There are also legal limitations to those rights that you should be aware of. I, as your therapist, have corresponding responsibilities to you. I will explain this as well as help comprise our plan together for your treatment.
I have training and experience in Trauma based cognitive behavior therapy, EMDR and IFS. Operant Conditioning for children and family behavior needs (such as targeted behavior modification for challenges) Anxiety support and prevention including exposure / desensitization in therapy I have an understanding and experience to support your grief and loss; adjustment can take on many forms (death loss, divorce loss to name a few). I support diverse backgrounds. I can help provide support and empathy for marginalized feelings as well through my own personal experiences. I value the Human Spirit and appreciate each individual path.
