I earned a Master’s in Nursing, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification from the University of St. Francis. My career background includes positions at various health centers and behavioral hospitals.

First session
In our first visit together, we'll start with brief introduction , then dive into any mental health history and current specific challenges you're facing. This will assist me in creating a personalized treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up visit.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I utilize evidence-based practices and approaches such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness therapy in conjunction with a holistic approach to help achieve optimal mental health.
